Reeclaim is, dare I say it, the perfect service - straightforward to set up, reliable, good communications and provides an excellent service which not only actually gets money back but makes commuting less stressful. When I experience a delay I no longer have any additional worries about having to get on the tfl claim site when I get back home and extend my stress, but I know that reeclaim will take care of it. The additional refunds I get when I don't even know I was eligible are even better - especially when travelling on unfamiliar routes. I actively promote this service to every other London commuter I know.
