Reeclaim really did work for months after I signed up, applied automatic web credits to my TFL account - easy. Hope it's back online soon. I now manually claim back at least 3 journeys per week (£10-15). Claim it back using TFL online form until Reeclaims back up and running.
It's shocking, why should TFL get away with it - it's your money!!!
