Support is essentially non-existent; phones aren't answered, even during all regular business hours, Monday thru Friday. The chat room isn't monitored either. It's odd when I phoned the number for the first time from an internet advertisement the call was answered, but since paying, I have been unable to get back in touch with the company. Similar complaints are abundant.
