Called on the phone to discuss a couple of bits and see if they knew more about an item I was trying to get that I couldn't see listed. Turned out they didn't have it, but discussed trying an alternative product anyway and then would accept return if not. Ordered the mains bits I needed and the extras. Popped a note in to ask for next day if possible as needed it urgently and turned up the following morning. Really great service.
