Thank you for contacting me. I experience a few problems with my laptop after starting it. It started showing some blank display and subsequently went off, especially within the first few minutes. Updating the Intel Drive software has improved it but it occasionally does that. This is really frustrating. Also, the Bluetooth software is faulty and could not be updated.
