The app and website are designed amazingly (its simplicity and ability to be easily navigated is satisfying). Amazing customer service. I received friendly videos thanking me for my order which made me feel like a valued customer. Scans are amazing. Not only in price, but in quality as well. And not just that…THEY DON’T CHARGE EXTRA FOR HALF FRAME PHOTOS! Other labs I looked at charge bogus additional fees for half frame rolls. You guys stick out from other labs in every way. Will be doing ALL of my future film business with you guys.
