I had a very elementary question about film development and the staff at Reformed Film Lab responded quickly and very kindly. The process of purchasing the film and sending it was seamless. I got consistent updates of when the film was received and when they were going to ship the prints out. Everything happened timely and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. It was like Xmas morning when I received the email with all the scans. I loved reliving the different experiences that the photos captured. 10/10, would recommed to anyone.
