I have sent multiple rolls of film several times to be developed and scanned. The work is always done in a timely manner. Even more important, I believe everyone does a great job in processing and scanning my films. I am confident that when things don't look as I might hope, it is either my fault, or the characteristics or flaws of the film itself that is the cause. Thank you for your care!
