I'm a newer Reformed Film Lab customer, who'll be sending in my fourth roll of film soon. I first learned of RFL when a film review video of theirs turned up in an online search, and before long I began watching their other videos, as they were release) which also told me a lot about the dedication of the staff to film photography. I've tried various mail order film labs before, and I haven't found a single one that makes anything like the effort RFL makes to communicate with their customers, letting them know how your order is progressin (even letting you know when your order has arrived at your PO!) and quickly answering any questions you might ask them by email. They also stock a vast range of film, including some emulsions hard to find anywhere else, and their sale prices are especially competitive.
