RFL did a great job developing/scanning my first roll of Portra negative from my Pentax 17 half-frame camera. The turnaround was faster than expected, the large scan resolution was higher than expected, and the half-frame images were individually cropped (not 2-up) without an upcharge for doing so. When I had a question about scans, I received a helpful reply almost immediately. I'm delighted I found RFL and they've earned a lifetime customer from me.
