My review is more of a reminder. I placed a $100+ film order in February. Three of the rolls sent were the wrong kind of film (Harman Phoenix instead of Harman Redscale). It's an easy enough mistake to make, but it meant I had to source the Redscale film elsewhere (and drive a while) to get it in time for a project I'm working on. I reported the shipping error to RFL and my email was answered quickly and professionally with a promise of a refund for the difference between the more expensive film and the one I was sent. Nothing has happened to date; hence, here is the review/reminder. I'm still leaving 5 stars as I'm sure this isn't the norm. But the review/reminder is so that, In case it becomes the norm, future customers can spot the pattern.
