I am a beginner hobbyist photographer and Reformed Film Lab was the first, and so far the only, film lab I've used to develop, scan, and print my film. I haven't had to contact their customer service for any issue but I did contact them with a question regarding my order and the person who helped me was great. This lab produces high quality work and I trust them with my film. I recommend Reformed Film Lab to anyone. I appreciate the reasonable turnaround time and the quality they produce is great. I'm more than happy to support this small business.
