I scan my own photos at home and the timileness in which RFL process' orders and have them back to me is very nice. I have found them most useful since I started doing my own scanning. Their customer service and care is amazing as well. They recently included a pint glass in my last order as a gift which was very thoughtful since I have been using them at a higher frequency than before.
