There's only one word to describe the service at Regal and thats 'outstanding'. Having taken many if not all my cars to them, I knew my latest addition (a C63s) would be in safe hands. This time it was a CAT replacement. The team of Steve, Dom, Ben, Karen and Chris kept me in the loop at all stages. Costs and work to be undertaken was transparent and clearly outlined. In addition they also identified some additional pointers of which were green lighted to be actioned/rectified. In short I wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them, and to my neighbours can also thank them for their daily dose of C63s V8 magic! 😉
