I was nervous about ordering a refurbished computer and my wife - who will be using it - phoned NRG to ask about the refurbishment, software and details of the hardware. The NRG man was very helpful and answered all our questions, offering phone support for any hardware problems should they arrive. Our Dell arrived next day, special delivery with no charges, and in spotless condition. Only 7 days into using it, but so far, the computer works like new, and no problems at all. I saved 500 on the retail price, and so far, I can't quite believe I got such a good deal.
