The product a FirePro W7100 card arrived very promptly and very well packaged (not in original box though). It wasn't clear from the page where you buy it that the card would not come boxed as original so I assume its refurbished, but as the card has only been out since late 2014 it cant be more than 12 months old. Works like a charm. The price is very good, but then it has to be as its not new. Great service, just needs clearer specific info on the product buying page.
