The Dell monitor was delivered the day following payment, and it is immediately in use.
Alex was most helpful in suggesting we use Microsoft Security Essentials as an anti-virus, with Skybot to protect against Mallwares. and have disabled Kaspersky. With these changes our Acer X3400 purchased February 2011 is now working perfectly!
