Have ordered 2 identical monitors within 6 months, on receiving the second i thought there was an issue with the colour reproduction between the two. I emailed the company and received a prompt response with steps to solve the issue (which was achieve by entering factory diagnostics). I have to say i am very impressed and cannot praise them (Alex) enough. With respect to delivery and packaging, I had no issues, they are first class. I would thoroughly recommend and I am more than likely to use them again in future.
