I bought a Dell - UP3216Q monitor. I thought I bought a new one, but it was refurbished. This was a mis-understanding, and they did not display on their advert that it was refurbished. They picked it back up and gave a refund, without costing me anything. I rate very highly for their quality advice and great service.
