NRG:IT were very helpful and I would recommend them. However, the hard drive was replaced by DELL with a 500Gb unit in their refurbishment of the machine. That drive is much noisier (compared to other DELL machines that I have) than the standard 1TB drive that DELL usually fit. NRG:IT should have been specified this in their advert for the desktop, although I suspect DELL did not give them that information.
