I purchased a 2nd hand dell inspiron from NRG:IT and couldn't be happier. The product was dispatched promptly and I saved over £300 off the retail price.
The battery's storage capacity is slightly diminished, but I still get a good 5 hours doing normal web browsing.
I would definately use NRG:IT again.
