Very honest / ethical people to deal with. Although I decided to return the machine I had bought within my statutory rights period, because it proved unsuitable for my purposes, nevertheless there was no argument / questioning on the part of the company. Alex proved to be brilliant in the advice he had given me all along, and whilst he did try his best to source an alternative solution, alas this did not happen. All in all, a pleasant company to deal with and I would recommend highly.
