The level of the pre- and post-purchase customer service support was just fantastic! Alex from customer service not only gave me a fast and wonderful advice on which monitor suites better for my needs, but also instructed me over the phone (after I bought the monitor) how to install everything with me new computer. I was really impressed how friendly and helpful the people in the NRG:IT's calling centre are! Thank you, Alex!
