I ordered a Dell 27" G-Sync monitor which unfortunately arrived with a small pressure mark on the screen. It’s easy to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings when things go well, but how companies respond to problems is a real mark of their commitment to customers, and at every stage of the process Alex was quick to respond, arranging for the monitor to be collected and issuing a rapid refund. 5-star service!
