I've not had any problem with my monitor, so I can't rate the costumer service for any particular issue. I was quite pleased with the item description, the packaging and the choice of courier: in my area DPD is really good and choosing them means that your items are treated well and you deal with a decent person. I was so happy with the quality and price of my monitor (the lowest I could find it by £30) that I recommended it to my partner, who bought it the same day and received it the day after his purchase. We were both overdue an upgrade, and the monitor I purchased looks really nice, has a nice height-adjustable stand and was generally such a good bargain we could not pass on it.
