I received a different model of monitor to the one I actually ordered. However, I immediately rang customer support who were friendly and helpful letting me keep the monitor that I had received until they were able to ship me the correct monitor at no additional cost. Despite the mishap I would still recommend this company to anyone due to their very competitive prices and excellent customers support with the ability to deal with problems effectively and efficiently.
