My 2yr old monitor developed a fault and as it had a 3yr warranty I contacted NRG:IT. I received a prompt initial response followed by fantastic communication throughout -all leading to a speedy stress free conclusion -a replacement monitor. I cannot think of another company where I've received such excellent customer service, quite literally second to none. I'll definitely be buying from them again!!
