Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The product (a Dell Latitude 7275) was as described and at a bargain price. Although there was a bit of a delay in processing the payment and dispatching the item, the team at NRG were extremely helpful and got things moving as quickly as possible. Overall, I couldn't be happier and will certainly use them again for future purchases. I highly recommend them.
