Had a connectivity problem, and from the outset the guys were helpful - taking time to provide real insight into possible solutions. When it was established I didn't have the correct lead, they provided it FOC, delivered next day. Communications were prompt & informative. A service level matched by only a few of the many retailers I deal with. Recommend.
