The refurbished product sold was virtually indistinguishable from a brand new product. So extremely happy with the unpacked product.
Product was fully operational out-of-the-box.
Whilst examining more closely, I had detected an area of minor damage with the battery and battery compartment, but this was of no concern, nor had thoughts of returning the item for exchange or repair.
I did however provide feedback to NRG, who were concerned and requested photos of the damage. Being aware that the damage would not impact on the laptop, and only apparent once the laptop was turned upside down, NRG did provide further assurance of the same and recorded the damage in case this did have any future impact.
Overall, very impressed with the product and the level of service offered post-sale.
If I have a minor criticism by which service could be improved upon - that would be the need to request an invoice to provide me with proof of my purchase and ownership.
The invoice was emailed within a few hours of my request, but could have been included with the product when delivered.
