Even the best companies can have problems with orders and deliveries - the true test of Customer Service is how the business reacts to that. In our case the contacts at NRG:IT couldn't have been more helpful - an out of hours call to deal with a late email we sent about it, follow up and speedy resolution of the problem. They really aim to show that they care about each individual customer, whatever the size of the order.
