I was promised a new monitor at £400 less than the typical price and that is exactly what I got. I'm a happy customer so far. You don't get the standard Dell warranty buying from NRG:IT, you get their own warranty. I hope I never need it but they tell me it is as good as the genuine Dell warranty.
