When I called twice, both times two different guys were very helpful and knowledgeable about the screens that I was wanting to buy. The process was quick and easy. They potentially could offer a further discount if I paid by cash as I was buying two (£230) monitors but unfortunately I needed to pay by credit card so they weren't able to offer any further discount :( otherwise they would have got a 'great'!
