Fürchterlich! 1. man bestellt und erfährt dann wie lang es eigentlich dauert das die Bestellung dauern könnte 2. das angekündigte Ankunftsdatum wird nicht eingehalten 3. wenn man sich meldet, meldet sich KI zurück 4. wenn man sich erneut meldet bekommt man eine entschuldigungsmail mit neuem Sendungsdatum was wieder nicht gestimmt hat 5. bekommt man kein Entgegenkommen für den langen Bestellprozess!
