I live in a regional area which can mean understaffing or no staffing but in this instance also means poor service. I felt that the mediator I was assigned was looking to fob me off and now that they have left the service it appears I was correct. The plan was meant to be reviewed but the file was closed. Seeking answers as to why the file was closed is like pulling teeth. Booking a follow appointment is similarly difficult because the right hand is not communicating with the left hand. I have repeatedly taken time out of my work day to try and resolve this matter only to be left repeatedly frustrated and no closer to a resolution. Never again.
