I woud have given a 5 star review if the organisation of the items we ordered hadn't been as stressful, leaving a query over whether we could actually install the items or not (The tap only arrived on the day, having been sent out the day before, which we were not made aware would be happening). In terms of the actual installation itself, the installer who fitted ours (Dan) was excellent. Knowledgable and accomodating, explaining what was best in our situation, and giving us a run through of what he had done, and what we needed to do ongoing to keep the system working to its potential. A good clean job was done for us.
