After reading other reviews I decided to give Renovations a try as I have severe on going pain in my knee. I followed the advice from other uses and have one scoop of powder and 1 tablet twice a day. After a few days the pain was less and sleeping was improved. I was unable to get any of the tablets as they were not available at Woolworths and therefore I had to wait for them, what a difference! My pain came back almost straight away. Therefore I will continue to use them together from now on. Thanks for a wonderful product.
