Hi all, I suffer from what I believe is sever inflammation. My legs suffer greatly and have difficulty in standing and walking at times. Once i get rolling it improves but sitting still and then standing is near impossible. I am approaching 70 so some say this is expected but i know people of the same age as supple as a willow. I really dont want to take conventional anti inflams, severe long term consequences. I did my research and found Renovarto and gave it a run, it seemed to improve things but thats subjective. I doubled and tripled the dose and then noticed a bigger improvement, on good days i can even run. I am back to two spoons now. I work a farm full time and sometimes 12 hours, so i need mobility. I am experimenting with vit D, omega 3 fish oils, as well as tumeric and pepper. However, the Renovarto certainly improves my condition in my opinion. Keep in mind that my condition is somewhat extreme, and i dont expect perfection, but it certainly seems to work I might add that the hand cream is also pure magic, I dont have much call for hand cream, but its sublime.
