I have been taking the Activated Phenolics powder for a month now. I have noticed my energy levels have increased as has my ability to concentrate on tasks at work. I also suffer from hay-fever and since taking the powder I have noticed my allergies haven't flared up as much as usual. I highly recommend giving this product a try.
