I recently went thru bowel cancer surgery and 6 mths of chemo. I took the immunity plus 2 twice a day for the 7 days I was off the chemo drugs, ie every 2nd week. The whole way thru I never got sick and my blood work always showed my immune system was working really well. I would highly recommend you try this product if you pick up viruses etc regularly.
