It's a simple but thorough skincare regime & that's what I like most about it. Nothing complex or time-consuming, just a simple 3-step skincare which anyone with sensitive skin can easily incorporate into their morning & evening skincare routine. I've also been consuming your Apple Cider Vinegar with activated phenols 3 times daily. I dilute 15ml into 250ml of water & drink through a straw so as not to damage tooth enamel. Then I follow with a second glass of water to wash away any ACV which may be still in my mouth. So far, so good! I've tried quite a few different ACV's over the past few months but yours seems to be the best! I also use it for bruises as it makes them go away much faster than hirudoid cream. I also use it as an all-over skin toner after a shower when diluted with water in a small spray bottle.
