These products are great, and I highly recommend them all! To start off my day I get myself a glass of warm water and add my activated phenolics, my collagen plus and my gut and digestion plus, in this way I am getting my fibre, my collagen and my phenolic's all in one drink, great way to start my day. I also have an an apple a day tablet before bed at night. AND they actually taste good when mixed all together . I also have all their skincare products which I find absolutely amazing, they are all great products and at a great price and even better when they are on sale. You won't be disappointed if you try them.
