Competitive pricing and a real sense that you could trust the team to be fair and honest. Unfortunately, they couldn't fix my phone, and the fact that I still feel compelled to write a review illustrates what a positive impression they made. I guess I'm simply going to have to remember not to slip into a salty rockpool with my new phone in my back pocket!
