Great all round service. Quick and easy to book, arrived on time, quickly and easily diagnosed the problem and reassured it is was a quick fix with a not to expensive part. Didn't have the part with him, but was back within a few days to finish the job. Really nice guy who called both times before he arrived and even put plastic shoe protectors on so as not to walk rain onto our carpets. Have already recommended to a neighbour!
