Probably a scam.
The only thing they certainly did was to take money from my bank account. The engineer didn't come to do the repair on the agreed date. I gave them a second chance and no engineer showed up either.
I'm now waiting for a refund.
5 star reviews below are probably fake: "Very good working", "Good working", "Excellent working". Really?
