After telephoning them to see what time they were going to come and fix my appliance, 20 mins later no answer, just annoying music, tried again hung on for another 17 mins before I gave up, visited their website found another number tried that eventually got through but was told im through to wrong dept, yes I know, I just needed to speak to someone! at a cost of 7p a minute plus local call charge ridiculous!!.I was told we have a lot of staff off sick....sorry not my problem...
I await to see when they turn up, seeing that we both work full time but a time of between 8am and 6pm is not on, they really need to organise their engineers properly or employ someone to do it for them, in this age of technology it is not difficult, but for them it must be
At least Im not paying them anything as the appliance is under warranty! I will be putting a complaint into CDA to not use them as their engineers!!
