A Repaircare engineer fixed my Baumatic oven and after 3 months and 1 day the oven broke down again, with the same fault as before. Repair care's response to my enquiry for a warranty repair was 'its out of warranty', when pressed again suggesting that the repair that they did was very poor quality, and wouldn't they like to be able to be proud of their workmanship. The response was again 'its out of warranty'. So if you want poor workmanship and lack of customer care, go ahead and use Repaircare. But for anyone that wants a repair to last - anyone else is probably a better choice.
