They are horrible fraudsters and I have reported them to the consumer rights. I am a struggling single mum with 3 sickle cell kids and these ones feel they can do this to me. I am going fully to make sure I get justice. I cant afford another repair and have been washing my stuff outside, i had to scrape and save for this and I will not let this go. I will keep writing letters till someone shuts them down. Thieving criminals.
