Avoid! Absolutely unacceptable
Absolutely unacceptable. RepairCare were called, took payment and engineer came and did not have parts, and RepairCare then failed to engage or bother coming back. So an older customer was left without a fridge freezer for 13 days with no contact. All done via phone and they purport to rely on online Ts&Cs. Cannot believe LG allow their brand to be damaged by RepairCare. DO NOT USE!
