Job was booked for five days time as it was the first day I could get off work. I called Repaircare the day before and they told me the engineer would call me before 9:30am on the day of the booking to give an approximate arrival time. No-one called me so I rang the help lne number only to be told that the repair had been cancelled.
Wasted a day off. No apology given. Still waiting for the refund.
